Hey 👋 my name is Edward, I've been in the Pokemon card scene for a few years. I never had much as a kid so I didn't start collecting legitimately until the past 3-4 years. Though, I've been buying and selling cards on my various eBay accounts for many years before that. Here is the problem, as I've gotten older I started noticing how valuable these vintage cards were getting, I began putting more emphasis on finding the cleanest examples of my favorite cards. Issue number one, I couldn't find a lot of them. Vintage cards are rare to come by and only certain websites/sellers consistantly have vintage cards for sale. Issue number two, unless I take the initiative to contact sellers on Instagram or Facebook I was left with a couple of websites that monopolized selling. This makes them feel that they are so large they dont need to post pictures of the actual cards they are selling, their reputation is more than enough. You are forced to take their word when they claim their card is in "Near Mint condition". Only for it to arrive 2 weeks later and it is indeed not in such condition. Has this happened to you? 

Now I understand there are some websites where they do have pictures. Here is my issue with them, the pictures are either blurry, taken from odd angles, mostly to hide certain imperfections or they are taken in a way that's difficult to tell if the holo pattern is scratched once, twice, or 10 times.

Last points I'd like to make before I turn this section into a full size novel. First point, the competitors guarantees or should I say, lack there of. When I've found myself on other sellers websites I noticed a trend, I open up the home page and scroll through the site and notice a large majority of these websites claiming they do things differently. They guarantee the fastest shipping, they claim to sell authentic cards, and they claim to provide the highest quality service. Issue, they don't do any of these things. Most wont ship out the card until days later, they will claim they provide fast shipping but in their info page they tell you most cards ship 4-6 business days after purchase. Well when you consider the shipping time itself you're 2 weeks deep. Most don't accept returns or charge a ridiculous restocking fee when they don't even provide actual pictures of the cards to begin with. That to me isn't high quality service. I mean even tracking is a rarity unless you're spending hundreds of dollars on cards. Mind you tracking costs on an envelope is $3. 

Conclusion, I didn't create this site to get back at those websites or to trash talk them on my home page (even though it is quite satisfying 😉) I created this site to hopefully raise the bar a bit and provide a place for the likeminded collector such as myself to have a reliable consistent place where they can purchase high quality vintage Pokemon cards and receive them as quickly as financially possible all the while showing you high definition pictures of the actual card you will be receiving. I want a place where the seller is held liable, if you buy a card from me and its not in the condition you expected I will accept your return no questions asked and refund you the money once the card is received.
