I understand that even though we try to take as many quality photos as possible as well as including videos on our Instagram page, cards can still appear different or incongruent with photos once in your hands. Its happened to me before when purchasing high value Pokemon cards which is why I implement a return policy. Below are the details on how it works:

Time - How much time from purchase does a user have to request a refund?

For all orders, 30 days from the initial purchase. This means that if you order a card from us on, say, July 1st. You have until July 31st to decide if you want to return the card for a full refund. After 30 days I will not accept a return.

Refund contact info - If you decide you want to begin the return process all that is required is that you contact me directly either via email or Instagram. I even have a phone number you can use to call or text directly if that is more convenient. You dont need to state a reason, I prefer to leave that up to the customer if they want to disclose the reason or not. Simply let me know you are wanting a refund and send me a tracking number once the card is on the way. Once we have the card back in our possession in the condition it was delivered we will send you a full refund to the method of payment used.

Return Shipping Instructions - Simply ship the card back to the return address on the package, if you do not have the return address ask for it in your initial message and we will send you a P.O Box to send the card back too. The return must have tracking, if it does not than we will not refund you.

Method of refund - To the same form of payment used

Product condition - Card must be the same card that was sent to you, please do not send me back a card in worse condition than what was sent out or a completely different card. (Yes, this has happened before) I will not refund you.

Charges, if any - No re stocking fees or hidden fees, although we will not refund the return shipping costs. Unless a card was damaged in shipping or the wrong card was shipped out. In these rare cases I will refund the shipping costs
